As with all terms and conditions, these get a bit technical and we’re sorry if they sound rather formal. However, they are pretty standard and designed to enhance your e-shopping experience and make it as easy and secure as possible.
The terms and conditions apply to the use of www.imperialequestrian.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. If you intend to purchase from our site we recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions. It is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website.

You warrant that all details you provide to Imperial Equestrian Ltd website for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

You agree that if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If Imperial Equestrian Ltd does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
All prices listed on Imperial Equestrian Ltd website are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax
We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and, in order to clarify this, we have a published privacy statement.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Imperial Equestrian Ltd until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email
Imperial Equestrian Ltd will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.
We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your Imperial Equestrian Ltd website login details, please contact us immediately.
Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, including tags, and in the condition that you received them in. Please use the returns form provided, link at the footer of the website.
We're sorry but we are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so please make sure that you try on without buckling the straps. Any other special orders that are not easily resale-able or sheepskin and white coloured products will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Personalised goods are non-refundable.
Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days.
A Certificate of Posting is required.
All return postage is non-refundable.
When returning an item from outside the UK please specify on the packaging and on any customs documentation that your parcel is a return otherwise customs charges may occur.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on imperialequestrian.co.uk is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
All items are subject to availability. The majority of our stock levels are live, but obviously, errors can occur in our control systems. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified.
If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know we can't fulfil your order. We do not accept back or special orders to help us control our pricing.
Methods of Payment
We can only accept payment in pounds Sterling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, and Paypal. Please note: We are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. The item(s)must be returned for a refund and a new order should be placed. If you are paying by Maestro you will also need to include the card issue number or start date. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of input.
Some products contain some zero rated goods and the consolidated VAT rate is then reduced accordingly. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty. The total cost of your order is the price of the products including delivery charges.
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Imperial Equestrian you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from imperialequestrian.co.uk, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your order number and goods returned within 21 days from the day you receive the goods to email@example.com

If the item you received is faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 21 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
